Lorna is a Belgo-Benenise-Canadian writer, director and producer originally from Brussels, Belgium. In October 2013, she moved to Montreal and started working in visual effects as a production coordinator and project manager on films such as "The Walk (2015)", Allegiant (2016) and "Pirates of the Caribbean (2017)". In 2016, she decided to go freelance and to develop her own projects. Since then, she produced the stage play “For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide / When the Rainbow Is Enuf (2018)”, with Montreal Arts interculturels (MAI), she was associate producer on the action thriller “A Score to Settle (2019)” and recently produced and directed her first short film entitled “Fester (2020)”. Lorna is currently in post-production of her next short film entitled “We Met at The Laundromat” and works as a scriptwriting assistant for a documentary-fiction series produced by Eric Idriss-Kanago, directed by Henri Pardo, distributed by Radio-Canada.
